Dr. Carter Mullins joined as an associate in June 2023. He was born and raised in Bristol, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2018 with a bachelor’s in psychology and from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2023. Dr. Mullins enjoys being on the lake, hiking golfing, and spending time with family. He was been married to his high school sweetheart for 5 years and they had their first baby girl in August. Dr. Mullins is a general dentist and a member of the ADA. He lives in Bristol and is glad to be back serving the region he grew up in.
