Originally from the small coastal community of Middlesex, VA on the Chesapeake Bay, Dr. Jones graduated from Middlesex High school and went on to complete his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Virginia. Dr. Jones received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he focused his studies on providing comprehensive dental care in isolated rural communities throughout the state through a community outreach scholars program. Upon graduation, Dr. Jones completed an additional year of specialty training through Ballad Health’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the Appalachian Highlands Community Dental Clinic.
When away from the practice, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with family, hunting, offshore fishing, hiking, cooking, and training his chocolate lab puppy Sadie. Dr. Jones is excited to be a part of Wytheville Dental Group and continue providing high quality dental care to the residents of southwest Virginia.
